scratched porcelain sinkBy Linda Fasulko from Cleveland, Ohio on December 11, 2005 Category: Kitchen Sinks--Care and Cleaning How do I remove scratches in my porcelain sink that happened when I was washing pots and pans? |
Removing scratches from porcelain sinkI use a stiff brush and a cleanser called Bar Keppers Friends. I find the liquid version does not work as well as the powder version. What I'd like to know is how to STOP these scratches! What a pain! By Cindy Gordon from Ft Worth, TX on December 30, 2005 | Reply | Cleaning SinksI found that to clean my sink I pour Soft n Scrub on it and let it set for awhile then use a Scotch Green scouring pad and clean the sink. To avoid getting scratches, I have found that if I lay a washcloth or towel in the sink then wash the pan I have no problems. Be sure to take the towel out and don't let it sit in the sink or major STINKO! By Fran from Moreno Valley, CA on March 02, 2006 | Reply | Write a Reply |
