Will denture tablets clean cloudy glassware resulting from using Crystal Light?By Cindy Wilson from Peoria, IL on December 29, 2005 Category: Cleaning Glassware Please tell me if denture tablets will remove the cloudyness on my Lenox Poppies on Blue 16 ounce highball glasses. The cloudyness seems to be a result from using Cyrstal Light Lemonade. If dental tablets do not clean the glassware, what else do you recommend? Thank you very much. Cindy Wilson |
Using Denture TabletsWhat I found that works quite well for me is to pour a mixture of dishwasher detergent and dish soap into or onto the item. Let it set (if cloudiness is bad, overnight) then pour mixture out and wash with mild dish soap; then immediately dry with the softest cloth you have. Voila, you have sparkling crystal.
