enamel sink black

I am replacing my sink with an undermount and am undecided whether to purchase an enamel or stainless model. It will be undermounted under granite so this sink will be here for many years. Although I really like the black enamel, I am very converned about water spots that may form over time. The water here has minerals and leaves rings in the toilet. Am I concerned needlessly or is stainless the better route to go as far as appearance over time? Thanks, Colette |
