Heat Source Conversion

I'm looking to purchase a three bedroom ranch built in the 50's that still uses an oil furnace with baseboard radiators. The house did have air conditioning installed, so ducting and registers are located throughout the house. With the rising cost of heating fuel, I would like to know if forced air heat can be installed using the a/c system vents. Additionally I would like to know what equipment would be needed and of course an estimate of what the investment would be. |
