can I use Farberware Select Nonstick pans (black) on my black glasstop cooktop?By pat kelly from Phildelphia, PA on November 19, 2006 Category: Care of Black Glasstop Cooktops I recently received a black 3 qt. saucepan that is Farberware Select nonstick cookware. I cannot find out if the exterior is porcelain enamel on their website, but they recommend not using porcelain on glass cooktops. Should I use it, or replace all my cookware with stainless steel?
