How can I remove a milky white was from brick pavers?

My porch flooring is of the brick pavers. I was trying to achieve a wet look and was sold a Johnson's wax (supposingly for brick pavers). However, the pavers dried milky white. What can I do to strip this from the pavers and then what is recommended to seal the pavers in order that we have a wet shiny look?

A quick response is needed.

Thank you.
