Where can I buy rigid metal strip tube gasket weather stripping for wood windows?

Please help. I need to order weatherstripping for our wood windows than open inward. I would like to order on-line and have it shipped to me in Mexico. I have a US address for mail service. Please tell me if you know of a store on-line that sells the rigid metal strip tube gasket weather stripping. You have rated this as one of the best methods for keeping out water but I can find no one on the internet that sells it.
