How do I remove scratches in my porcelain sink that happened when I was washing pots and pans?

Removing scratches from porcelain sink

I use a stiff brush and a cleanser called Bar Keppers Friends. I find the liquid version does not work as well as the powder version. What I'd like to know is how to STOP these scratches! What a pain!

Cleaning Sinks

I found that to clean my sink I pour Soft n Scrub on it and let it set for awhile then use a Scotch Green scouring pad and clean the sink. To avoid getting scratches, I have found that if I lay a washcloth or towel in the sink then wash the pan I have no problems. Be sure to take the towel out and don't let it sit in the sink or major STINKO!
