I have not built anything internationally. However; I have recently decided to begin my own company after building for others for 17 years. I have no doubts on my ability to build the building you have desribed. I do not do electrical or plumbing but have the ability to hire subcontractors for that portion of the project. Please contact me via my e-mail or office address which is 670 Mt. Olivet Rd. Suite71 Bowling Green KY 42101
