Hard water / Rust Marks on white corelle plates : Baking Soda ineffective

I own white corelle plates. One of them is severely stained by metal or hard water. I have tried bleach, baking soda and Mr. Clean Magic erasers to remove this stain. Nothing has worked. Is there a secret to removal?
