I live in an apartment and a few of my electrical boxes are loose. I guess the dry wall around them t has broken or somethng else that's supposed to hold it in place. I am able to use them but have to be careful when disconnecting an appliance and hold the switchplate in place as I do it or the entire box will come out. Is there some kind of shortcut to doing this. I am not a mechanical person and don't reoish the idea of callling an electrician, because they are so expensive.
