Hi I'm a homeowner who purchased a fixer-upper. the problems I'm having is the saler replaced some pipes in the bathroom, but he brought the pipes (Cold/Hot water) threw the floor beside the tolet. I want to put them back where they belong. I have a hole in the downstairs kitchen where the old owners gained access to the plumbing. they did use pvc pipe but I'm not sure he knew what he was doing becuase I have no hot water in that bathroom. what can do to fix this problem. I plan to lay tile an I can't with these pipes coming out of the floor.
