baseboard covers

Posted in Chats and Forums over 11 years ago, 13 replies

I have 13 feet of existing baseborad piping that needs covers to be installed. The problem that I am having is that the pieces come in 6 ft. and 8ft. which makes a total of 14 ft. How to I cut the metal baseboard/heating covers without using a sawsall (just too dangerous and it makes the cover shake erratically). I need to make the total length like 13 feet 3 inches (the 3 inches is for the overlap of the covers). Help is greatly appreciated

Hi,  I make wooden heater covers that are custom fit to whatever size that you need. If you would like to see some pictures you may e-mail me at ROCK214BOTTOM@AOL.COM and I will be happy to send them to you.

BASE BOARD COVERS

Go to a local Home depot and get a pair of metal snips. Then just cut the cover like you were using a pair of scissors
