DIRTY WHITE TILE

I JUST BOUGHT A OLDER HOME THAT HAS WHITE TILE IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS. IT ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE STARK WHITE, BUT IT IS STARTING TO LOOK GRUNGY. WHAT CAN I USE TO GET SOME OF DIRT STAIN OFF, AND GET SOME SHINE BACK INTO IT? PLEASE HELP?!?
